Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, mass communications, CRM or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in MLM Company.
- Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Skills and Abilities
- Good communication & interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with customers/members.
- Monitor the performance of staff and provide training to improve highest quality of service.
- Deliver service of members' complaints, conduct service evaluation and achieve service rating target.
- Responsible for member service, material and planning.
