Admin Executive

 Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field.
  • Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Skills and Abilities:

  • Prepare and maintain documents, records, files, and reports to the company's admin requirements and practices.
  • Organize and coordinate admin activities by planning and schedule meetings, conferences and others
  • Assist in office administration activities. Manage the procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies, equipment, and furniture
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial assignments, and prepare financial analysis periodically.

Attitude:

  • Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
  • Quick thinker, decisive confident and possess common sense.
  • Strong computer experience with multiple window-based systems.
  • Responsible, willing to learn and hardworking, good analytical skills.
  • Good working attitude and able to work independently.​

Others:

  • Experience in the MLM industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Must have own transport
