Customer Service Executive

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Age between 25 to 35 years old.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Skills and Abilities:

  • To receive and initiate calls promptly and efficiently, identifying the caller's requirement.
  • Strong computer experience with multiple window based systems.
  • Good PR skill, servicing key account customers, good communication skill.
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Attitude:

  • Learn fast and comfortable with learning new products and also the customer servicing skills.
  • Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, organized, able to manage time well and meet tight deadlines when required.
  • Must be professionally mature, dynamic and possess strong value of integrity.
  • Ability to listen, assess customer needs and wants and identify appropriate solutions.

Others: 

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Experience in the MLM industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately.
