Customer Service Manager

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, mass communications, CRM or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in MLM Company.
  • Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Skills and Abilities

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with customers/members.
  • Monitor the performance of staff and provide training to improve highest quality of service.
  • Deliver service of members' complaints, conduct service evaluation and achieve service rating target.
  • Responsible for member service, material and planning.

  • Mature & able to work independently under fast-paced environment, a team leader with potential leadership qualities.
  • Pro-active to multitasking, customer oriented mindset with good problem resolution & analytical skills
  • Strong service and customer-orientation, pro-active, independent and self-motivated.
