- Minimum SPM with at least 1 year in similar working experience.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Able to written and converse in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese
Skills and Abilities:
- Attend to incoming telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate destination
- Attend to visitors/guests and direct them to appropriate employee
- Distribute and record incoming and outgoing mails and manage courier service arrangement
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Organize meeting rooms to facilitate meetings
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by superior and the management as and when required
- Computer literate and performing multi-tasking.
- Resourceful, pleasant personality & appearance, adaptability and able to work independently.
