Receptionist cum Admin


  • Minimum SPM with at least 1 year in similar working experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Able to written and converse in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese

Skills and Abilities:

  • Attend to incoming telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate destination
  • Attend to visitors/guests and direct them to appropriate employee
  • Distribute and record incoming and outgoing mails and manage courier service arrangement
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Organize meeting rooms to facilitate meetings
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned by superior and the management as and when required
  • Computer literate and performing multi-tasking.


  • Resourceful, pleasant personality & appearance, adaptability and able to work independently.
