Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field.
- Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Skills and Abilities:
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files, and reports to the company's admin requirements and practices.
- Organize and coordinate admin activities by planning and schedule meetings, conferences and others
- Assist in office administration activities. Manage the procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents.
- Handle ad-hoc financial assignments, and prepare financial analysis periodically.
Attitude:
- Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
- Quick thinker, decisive confident and possess common sense.
- Strong computer experience with multiple window-based systems.
- Responsible, willing to learn and hardworking, good analytical skills.
- Good working attitude and able to work independently.
Others:
- Experience in the MLM industry will be an advantage.
- Able to start work immediately.
