Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Advertising/Media, Economics, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of related managerial experience in MLM company.
- Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Skills and Abilities:
- To evaluate own marketing campaigns and recommend suggestions for future improvement.
- Identify and evaluate specific growth opportunities for new and existing businesses, report market dynamics in related industries on regular basis.
- Develop and implement strong capabilities within the sales area to execute business strategies, negotiate effectively and build customer relationships.
