Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Age between 25 to 35 years old.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Skills and Abilities:
- To receive and initiate calls promptly and efficiently, identifying the caller's requirement.
- Strong computer experience with multiple window based systems.
- Good PR skill, servicing key account customers, good communication skill.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Attitude:
- Learn fast and comfortable with learning new products and also the customer servicing skills.
- Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, organized, able to manage time well and meet tight deadlines when required.
- Must be professionally mature, dynamic and possess strong value of integrity.
- Ability to listen, assess customer needs and wants and identify appropriate solutions.
Others:
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Experience in the MLM industry will be an advantage.
- Able to start work immediately.
